Quotation & ordering
How do I request a quote?
Send your target mesh size, whiteness, application and estimated volume through the contact form, email or WhatsApp. We reply with a quotation, a TDS and a free sample within 24 hours on working days.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From one 20 ft container, approximately 25–27 tonnes depending on the grade and packaging. Smaller trial orders can be discussed for new specifications.
Can you produce a custom mesh or specification?
Yes. We produce to customer specification across 10–3000 mesh and adjust chemistry (for example talc SiO2, CaCO3 content, whiteness, brightness, oil absorption) toward your target. Send the target and we propose the closest standard grade or a custom run.
Samples & quality
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples (typically 0.5–1 kg) for laboratory evaluation. Larger pre-shipment samples can be arranged.
Can you provide a TDS or third-party inspection (SGS)?
We issue our technical data sheets (TDHX-TALC-2023-07, TDHX-CC-2023-07, TDHX-Dolomite-2025-08) with every shipment and can arrange SGS or other third-party inspection at the buyer's request.
How do you control quality?
In-process sampling every 10 minutes, hourly packing weight checks, and optional SGS inspection. Key parameters (mesh, whiteness, moisture, chemical composition) are tested against the relevant TDS.
Packaging, shipping & payment
What packaging options are available?
25 kg and 50 kg woven / paper-plastic composite / kraft bags, 1000 kg and 1250 kg jumbo bags, and feed-ready PP bags. OEM printing on the bag is available.
Which ports do you ship from?
Dalian and Yingkou in Liaoning, China, or any Chinese port nominated by the buyer.
What are the payment terms?
T/T and L/C at sight. Specific terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
What is the lead time?
7–15 days after the specification and packaging artwork are confirmed. Custom or large orders may take longer and are quoted case by case.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the export arm of a mineral processing plant established in 1990 in Haicheng, Liaoning — a 20,000 m² site with six grinding and classification lines. International trade, documentation, logistics and settlement are handled by our Dalian trading company.
What is your annual capacity?
Around 120,000 tonnes per year across the product range, serving more than 30 countries.
