Who operates this site and what the information covers
Operator
tdhxtrade.com is operated by Dalian Taiding Hengxin International Trade Co., Ltd., the export arm of Haicheng Taiding Huaxin Mineral Products Processing Co., Ltd. The full legal names, the trade office address and the factory address are published on the About and Contact pages.
Purpose of the information
This site describes our non-metallic mineral product families, their grade ranges, typical specifications and the industries they serve, so that buyers can make a first assessment. Figures for mesh, whiteness, particle size distribution or chemistry are typical values or ranges for the grade — they are not a guarantee for any individual shipment.
Quotations and orders
When a quotation becomes binding
Quotations are calculated against your specification and order quantity and are issued in writing. Until a quotation is confirmed in writing by both parties it creates no contractual obligation on either side, including on price or lead time.
When an order comes into existence
An order comes into existence when both parties confirm a proforma invoice (PI) or sign a sales contract. Specification, packaging and packaging artwork, quantity and shipping schedule are confirmed before production is scheduled. If you request a change after that point, the cost of re-testing or re-packing is borne by the party requesting the change.
Terms already published on this site
Minimum order quantity is one 20 ft container. Lead time is 7–15 days after specification and packaging artwork are confirmed. T/T and L/C at sight are accepted. Where these differ from a signed contract, the signed contract governs.
Samples and quality
Free samples
Samples are supplied free of charge; courier cost is on the buyer. Samples are drawn from retained production material so that they can be tested and bench-trialled.
Quality and inspection
Every batch ships with a certificate of analysis. In-process sampling runs every 10 minutes with hourly packing-weight checks, and you may appoint a third party such as SGS to inspect before shipment. If goods arrive outside the specification confirmed with us, please raise it with us in writing promptly and retain the sample: we will check the retained sample and inspection record for that production window.

Technical data sheets (TDS) for each product family are downloadable from the product pages. Documents are revised as standards and test methods change; the version published on this site at the time of your enquiry is the current one.
Permitted use and limits of liability
Intellectual property
The text, product photographs, process diagrams, technical data sheets and marks on this site belong to the company and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
Your use of the information
Buyers remain responsible for judging whether a product suits their own process and end use. We are not responsible for consequences arising from applying information on this site to an untested formulation, an untested operating condition or a regulated application.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Liability in connection with goods is governed by the terms of the contract signed between the parties.

Any revision of these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably; if that fails, it will be submitted to the competent court at the company's place of business.
