Caustic Calcined Magnesia (CCM) — MgO 85–95%
Caustic calcined magnesia (CCM) calcined at 700–1000 °C with high chemical activity. MgO grades 85%, 90%, 92%, 94% and 95%; custom mesh from 120 mesh powder to…
Learn moreFused Magnesia, also known as Electro-Fused Magnesia, is a mainstream industrial refractory raw material processed by electric high-temperature smelting. With uniform crystal particles, high hardness, excellent high-temperature stability and chemical inertness, this fused magnesia has wide applicability and cost performance. It is widely used in ordinary and medium-high grade refractory products, industrial furnace maintenance and metallurgical auxiliary materials.

Our fused magnesia / electro-fused magnesia adopts superior natural magnesite as raw material, processed by high-temperature electric fusion, automatic crushing, precise screening and impurity removal. The product features dense texture, uniform particle size, low porosity and strong mechanical strength. It has excellent resistance to high temperature, slag erosion and thermal shock, and will not react with most high-temperature molten materials. Available in multiple specifications of powder, fine grit and coarse particles, supporting customized processing according to customer requirements. Widely used in refractory brick production, castable refractory materials, steel furnace lining, kiln maintenance, non-ferrous metal smelting and chemical high-temperature equipment. With reliable quality, stable performance and cost-effective price, it is the most widely used magnesia refractory raw material in the global industrial market.

Learn moreCaustic calcined magnesia (CCM, MgO 85–95%), dead burnt magnesia (DBM, MgO 96–99%), electro-fused magnesia (MgO ≥ 98%), high purity magnesia sand, plus magnesium sulphate heptahydrate (99.5%) and monohydrate.
CCM is calcined at 700–1000 °C and is chemically reactive, used for magnesium cement, desulphurisation and feed. DBM is sintered above 1600 °C for high density and is the base for refractory bricks. Fused magnesia is arc-melted above 2800 °C, giving the largest crystals and the best slag resistance.
